Materials
Fingering weight yarn, and crochet hook size 2.5 - 2.75 mm / C.
You may use any yarn of your choice, and a suitable hook.
Materials:
Schachenmayr Catania Originals colors: natural white, vine red, signal red, red camellia, coral, pink, anise green, apple green & dark green
Hook size: 3.0 mm (5/0)
Colors & rows: 1 – vine red, 2 & 3 – signal red, 4 & 5 – natural white, 6 & 7 – red camellia, 8 & 9 – coral, 10 & 11 – natural white, 12 & 13 – pink, 14 & 15 – anise green, 16 & 17 – natural white, 18 & 19 – apple green, 20 & 21 – dark green, 22, 23 & 24 - natural white.

Then work in last st: 4d.tr / tr + 4ch + sl.st + 4ch, continue work on opposite side in the same last st: 4d.tr/tr.
Then make 1tr/dc in next st, 1h.tr/h.dc, 1dc/sc and sl.st in ch.
Insert hook into two loops of dc/sc and work sl.st.
* 1tr/dc in each of the next 12ch, 1tr/dc + heart; rep from *, 1tr/dc in each of the next 6ch, turn.
Row 2: 3ch, 1tr/dc in each of the next tr/dc below, 1tr/dc in 3rd ch, turn.
Row 3: 3ch, 1tr/dc in each of the next 5tr/dc below, make joining of the heart: turn, drop the loop from your hook, insert your hook through 2 loops of sl.st, grab the dropped loop with your hook
and pull it through the stitch, turn.
*1tr/dc in each of the next 5tr/dc below, 1tr/dc + heart, 1tr/dc in each of the next 7tr/dc below, make joining of the heart; rep from *, 1tr/dc in each of the next 5tr/dc below, 1tr/dc in 3rd ch, turn.
Row 4: 3ch, 1tr/dc in each of the next tr/dc below, 1tr/dc in 3rd ch, turn.
Row 5: 3ch, 1tr/dc in each of the next 4tr/dc below, 1tr/dc + heart, * 1tr/dc in each of the next 6tr/dc below, make joining of the heart, 1tr/dc in each of the next 6tr/dc below, 1tr/dc + heart; rep from *, 1tr/dc in each of the next 5tr/dc below, 1tr/dc in 3rd ch, turn.
Repeat rows 2 - 5 until you have reached your desired length.
Colors & rows: 1 – light pink, 2 & 3 – dark pink, 4 & 5 – white, 6 & 7 – light pink, 8 & 9 – dark pink, 10 – 18 white.
