Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality patterns and tutorials, ensuring they meet your expectations. Premium Access is a digital product that grants immediate access to images, crochet charts, tutorial PDFs, and video content, which cannot be returned once accessed. Partial refunds are available under specific conditions, outlined below.

Payment processing fees

Refunds are issued minus payment processing fees. These non-refundable fees, charged by our payment provider, are incurred at the time of purchase and vary depending on the purchase amount, applicable taxes, and the buyer's country. During the refund process, the exact refund amount and applicable payment fees will be clearly communicated to you.

Request submission deadlines

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the purchase date. All refund requests must be submitted within this timeframe and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and issued at our sole discretion.

Refund conditions

Logging into the library with your access credentials is considered as using the access plan. This condition applies to all types of access plans.

Case 1: Non-used access and duplicate purchase

You may request a partial refund if:

  • You never logged in after purchasing 30-Day, 60-Day, or Lifetime Access; or

  • You made a duplicate purchase while already having active access.

Refund amounts will be calculated as the original plan price minus the payment processing fee.


Case 2: Used access

  • For 60-Day or Lifetime Access plans, you have the option to downgrade to a 30-Day Access plan. The refund amount will be calculated as follows: the original plan price minus the 30-Day plan price, with payment processing fees also deducted.

  • For 30-Day Access, refunds are not provided once the plan has been used.


Case 3: Service outages and technical issues

If our service becomes completely unavailable due to server failures, infrastructure outages, or cybersecurity incidents (such as DDoS attacks) for more than 48 consecutive hours after your purchase, you will be eligible for a partial refund. This applies only to widespread outages affecting all users or significant regional groups, not just individual access issues.

For this case, a partial refund will be provided as described in Case 1.


If you're having trouble accessing your account — whether due to missing login emails, download issues, or file problems — please reach out to our support team. We'll promptly help restore your access, though these situations aren't eligible for refunds.

Note

Our refund policy can't cover technical difficulties related to personal devices, software, or internet connections, as these are outside our control.

Which is not grounds for a refund

  • Updates, modifications, or removals of library content — such as patterns, charts, images, video tutorials, and PDF instructions — as well as any restructuring of Premium Access plans, are not valid grounds for a refund. We reserve the right to make such changes to the library and Premium Access plans at our discretion, as outlined in our Terms of Use.
  • Technical difficulties arising from the user's personal devices, software, or internet connection fall outside the scope of the refund policy and, accordingly, are not eligible for compensation.

Refund Processing
