We stand behind our patterns and tutorials and your satisfaction with them is very important to us. However, because our products are digital products delivered over the Internet, we generally do not make refunds.

If you have not received a link to the digital library due to mailing issues or you are not able to open/unzip the files, should seek assistance from our technical team.

Requests for refunds made after downloading our product will be processed on a case-by-case basis and issued at our sole discretion. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
