Foundation Chain: Multiples of 8 + 2

Row 1: 1 ch skip and work for first trefoil 8 dc/sc in next 8ch, 12 ch.

Insert hook in fifth ch from hook and work sl.st to make a ring.

Now we’ll work in rounds: make in ring of 5 ch 3 times 1 dc/sc + 5 ch and 1 dc/sc at the end.

For next round work in first space of 5 ch: 1 dc/sc, 1 h.tr/h.dc, 2 tr/dc.

Now we’ll connect first leaf to dc/sc worked in foundation chain. Work dc/sc in fifth stitch from stem on back side of the pattern.

Then continue work in first space of 5ch: 5 tr/dc, 1 h.tr/h.dc, 1 dc/sc.

For next two leaves work in spaces of 5 ch: 1 dc/sc, 1 h.tr/h.dc, 7 tr/dc, 1 h.tr/h.dc, 1 dc/sc.

For the stem work 6 dc/sc above 7 ch.

For second trefoil work the same steps: 8 dc/sc in next 8 foundation ch, 12 ch. Insert hook in fifth ch from hook and work sl.st. Make in ring of 5 ch 3 times 1 dc/sc + 5 ch and 1 dc/sc at the end. For next round work in first space of 5 ch: 1 dc/sc, 1 h.tr/h.dc, 2 tr/dc. Connect first leaf working 1dc/sc in fifth stitch from stem. Than continue work in first space of 5ch: 5 tr/dc, 1 h.tr/h.dc, 1 dc/sc.

For second leaf work in next space of 5 ch: 1 dc/sc, 1 h.tr/h.dc, 2 tr/dc.

Now we’ll connect leaves of two trefoils. Work dc/sc in third tr/dc from stem on back side of the pattern.

Then continue work in space of 5ch: 5 tr/dc, 1 h.tr/h.dc, 1 dc/sc. For next leaf work in space of 5 ch: 1 dc/sc, 1 h.tr/h.dc, 7 tr/dc, 1 h.tr/h.dc, 1 dc/sc.

For the stem work 6 dc/sc above 7 ch.

Work next trefoils like second. At the end of row work 1 dc/sc in last foundation ch, turn.

Row 2: 6 ch, 1 dc/sc in third tr/dc from stem, 7 ch.

Work in each trefoil: 1 tr/dc in sixth tr/dc from stem, 3 ch, 1 tr/dc in second tr/dc of next leaf, 3 ch.

For pattern's right edge work next: yarn over 2 times, insert hook into sixth tr/dc of second leaf,

yarn over 2 times, insert hook into second tr/dc of third leaf,

yarn over 2 times, insert hook into last dc/sc of previous row,

yarn over hook and draw through a loop, yarn over hook and draw through 2 loops on hook, continue last step until you get 1 loop on hook.

Row 3: crochet like first row, but work 8 dc/sc in two first spaces of 3 ch (4 dc/sc in first space of 3 ch, 4 dc/sc in next space of 3 ch; then make 12 ch for first trefoil). At the end of the row work 1 dc/sc in space of 7 ch.

Repeat rows 2 - 3 until you have reached your desired length.

For last row work 4 dc/sc in space of 3 ch and at the end of the row - 1 dc/sc in space of 7 ch.
