Shell - work in the same space: 2 tr/dc + 2ch + 2 tr/dc.

Foundation Chain: Multiples of 14 + 8

Row 1: 5 ch skip and work shell in sixth ch, * 3 ch, 6 ch skip, 1 dc/sc in next ch, 3 ch, 6 ch skip, shell in next ch; rep from*, 1 tr/dc in last ch, turn.

Row 2: 3 ch, shell in shell, * 3 ch, 1 d.tr/tr + 3 ch + 1 d.tr/tr in dc/sc below, 3 ch, shell in shell: rep from*, 1 tr/dc in third ch, turn.

Row 3: 3 ch, shell in shell, * 3 ch, 3 dc/sc in space of 3 ch (between d.tr/tr), 3 ch, shell in shell; rep from*, 1 tr/dc in third ch, turn.

Row 4: 3 ch, shell in shell, * 5 ch, 1 dc/sc in first dc/sc below, turn, 6 dc/sc over these 5 chains, turn,

7 ch, 1 dc/sc in next dc/sc below, turn, 7 dc/sc over 7 ch,

turn and work again 7 ch, 1 dc/sc in last dc.sc and 7 dc/sc over 7 ch,

shell in shell; rep from*, 1 tr/dc in third ch.

Row 5: 3 ch, shell in shell, * 3 ch, 1 dc/sc in top of middle row of 7 dc/sc , 3 ch shell in shell; rep from*, 1 tr/dc in last ch, turn.

Repeat rows 2 - 5 until you have reached your desired length.
