Materials
Fingering weight yarn, and crochet hook size 2.5 - 2.75 mm / C.
You may use any yarn of your choice, and a suitable hook.

Round 2: Work sl.st in each of the next dc/sc, h.tr/h.dc, tr/dc and d.tr/tr, then work sl.st in each of the next 4ch and in last ch (the space with groups of d.tr/tr). After that work in the same manner over remaining stitches to the end of the row.

Round 3: Fasten to the first d/tr/tr and work 5ch,
1tr/dc in the same space, 2ch, skip 1st and work 1h.tr/h.dc in next st, 2ch, skip 2st, 1tr/dc in next st, 2ch, work 1tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc in top of the heart,
2ch, skip 1st, 1tr/dc in next st, 2ch, skip 2st, 1h.tr/h.dc in next, 2ch, skip 2st, 1tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc + 2ch + 1tr/dc in next st,
2ch, 1tr/dc in second ch, 2ch, 1tr/dc in third ch (of next 4ch), 2ch, 1tr/dc in space where the first tr/dc was made, 2ch, sl.st in third ch.
Round 4: Make 1ch and 3dc/sc in each space of 2ch, sl.st in first ch.
Round 5: Make 3ch and work all next stitches in back loop only: 1tr/dc, * 4h.tr/h.dc, 6dc/sc, 4h.tr/h.dc, work 2tr/dc + 1ch + 2tr/dc in the same st; rep from * one more time, 4h.tr/h.dc, 6dc/sc, 4h.tr/h.dc, work 2tr/dc in the same st, 1ch, sl.st in third ch.
Round 6: Make 1ch and dc/sc in third ch, then work all next stitches in back loop only: 2dc/sc, picot * [4dc/sc + picot] – make 3 times, 3dc/sc, 1dc/sc + picot + 1dc/sc in space of 1ch, 3dc/sc, picot; rep from * one more time, [4dc/sc + picot] – make 3 times, 3dc/sc, 1dc/sc + picot + 1dc/sc in space of 1ch, sl.st in first ch. Fasten off.
Joining
Motifs connect to each other across picots. The pictures below show this in process.
Work 1 ch, release the hook from the loop, insert it into picot of another motif, then insert hook again in the loop with 1 ch.
Pull the loop through picot then work 2 ch, then finish picot as usual.
Flower motif for joining
Make 2ch.
Round 1: Work * 1dc/sc in last ch, 5ch; rep from * 5 more time, sl.st in first ch.
Round 2: Make 1ch, * work in space of 5ch: 1dc/sc, 1h.tr/h.dc, 1tr/dc, make joining: release the hook from the loop, insert the hook into picot on the top of triangle motif, then insert hook again in the loop. Pull the loop through picot. Then make 1tr/dc + 1h.tr/h.dc + 1dc/sc in the same space of 5ch;
rep from * 5 more times, sl.st in first ch.
Materials: hook size 4/0 - 2.5mm and 100% cotton, 50g - 250m.
