Guide

Materials

Fingering weight yarn, and crochet hook size 2.5 - 2.75 mm / C.
You may use any yarn of your choice, and a suitable hook.

Motif A

Make 5ch and sl.st in last ch.

Round 1: Make 1ch, 12dc/sc in ring of 5ch, sl.st in first ch.

Round 2: Make 1ch, * 1dc/sc, 5ch, skip 1st; rep from * 5 more times, sl.st in first ch, sl.st in space of 5ch.

Round 3: Make 5ch, work 13d.tr/tr in space of 5ch, * 14d.tr/tr in space of 5ch; rep from * 4 more times, sl.st in fifth ch, sl.st in each of the next 2d.tr/tr.

Round 4: Make 1ch, * 1dc/sc in next st + 3ch, skip 1 st – make 3 times, 1dc/sc in next st, 7ch, skip 7sts; rep from * to the end of the round, sl.st in first ch.

Motif B

Round 1: Make 4ch , 17 tr/dc in last ch, sl.st in fourth ch.

Round 2: Make 3ch, 1tr/dc in fourth ch of round below, * work 1tr/dc in each of the next 2tr/dc, 3tr/dc in next; rep from *, 4 more times, 1tr/dc in each of the next 2tr/dc, 1tr/dc in fourth ch of round below, sl.st in third ch.

Round 3: Make 3ch, 1tr/dc in third ch of round below, * work 1tr/dc in each of the next 4tr/dc, 3tr/dc in next; rep from *, 4 more times, 1tr/dc in each of the next 4tr/dc, 1tr/dc in third ch of round below, sl.st in third ch, sl.st in first tr/dc.

Round 4: Make 1ch, * 1dc/sc in next tr/dc, 3ch, skip 1st, 1dc/sc in next, 3ch, 1dc/sc in next, 3ch, skip 1st, 1dc/sc in next, 7ch, skip 1st; rep from * to the end of the round, sl.st in first ch.

Motif C

Make 5ch and sl.st in last ch.

Round 1: Make 1ch, 12dc/sc in ring of 5ch, sl.st in first ch.

Round 2: Make 1ch, * 1dc/sc, 3ch, skip 1st; rep from * 5 more times, sl.st in first ch.

Round 3: Work 1dc/sc + 1ch + 5tr/dc + 1ch + 1dc/sc in each space of 3ch. Make 1ch and turn.

Round 4: Work 1PFdc/sc + 4ch over the each dc/sc of the Round 2. Make sl.st in first PFdc/sc and turn.

Round 5: Work 1dc/sc + 1ch + 7tr/dc + 1ch + 1dc/sc in each space of 4ch. Make 1ch and turn.

Round 6: Work 1PFdc/sc + 5ch over the each FPdc/sc of the Round 4. Make sl.st in first PFdc/sc and turn.

Round 7: Make 1ch, work 1dc/sc + 1ch + 9tr/dc + 1ch + 1dc/sc in each space of 5ch. Make sl.st in first ch, sl.st in next ch and in first tr/dc.

Round 8: Make 1ch, * 1dc/sc in next tr/dc, 3ch, skip 1ch – make 3 times, 1dc/sc in next st, 7ch, skip the first tr/dc of next petal and work; rep from * to the end of the round, sl.st in first ch.

Finishing:

Middle part 1

Make 5ch and sl.st in last ch. Then make 1ch, 12dc/sc in ring of 5ch, sl.st in first ch. Work 20 dc/sc in the same ring over first round of dc/sc.

Sew a bead in the middle.

Middle part 2

Make 11ch and sl. st in last ch. Then make 10ch + sl. st in last ch - 3 more times.

Change the color and work last step over the first round.

Sew a bead in the middle.

Embroidery

Start with the middle of the motif and use the Lazy Daisy stitch to make the shape of a flower. See pictures below.

Make 6 petals.

Joining

Join motifs in last round.

Instead 7 ch work next: make 3ch, drop the loop from your hook, insert your hook in space of 7ch of the opposite motif, grab the dropped loop with your hook and pull it through the stitch. Work 4 ch.

Instead 3 ch work next: make 1ch, drop the loop from your hook, insert your hook in space of 3ch of the opposite motif, grab the dropped loop with your hook and pull it through the stitch. Work 2 ch.

Continue connection with the opposite motif until motifs are joined.

Materials: hook size 4/0 - 2.5mm and 100% cotton ( 8 colors), 50g - 250m.
