Materials
Fingering weight yarn, and crochet hook size 2.5 - 2.75 mm / C.
You may use any yarn of your choice, and a suitable hook.

Round 1: 12 dc/sc in last ch and sl. st in first dc/sc.
If you plan to change color in next round you should do sl.st with another color yarn.
Round 2: 2 ch, * picot, 1 h.tr / h.dc; rep from *, 10 times, 1 picot and sl.st. in second of two ch.
For picot work next:
At first make 5 chs, look at the pictures given below and insert hook through loops of h.tr / h.dc, make sl.st.
Round 3: 1 ch, * work 1 dc/sc in next way: insert the hook from back to front through picot in space between h.tr / h.dc and two ch and work dc/sc as usual. Then make 1 ch; rep from *, 11 times. All next dc/sc work in spaces between h.tr / h.dc.
Work sl.st in first dc/sc.
Round 4: 1 ch; make in each space of 1 ch: 1 dc/sc +2 ch. Work sl.st in first dc/sc.
Round 5: 1 ch; * work in space of 2 ch: 1 dc/sc, 1 h.tr/ h.dc, 2 tr/dc; work in next space of 2 ch: 2 tr/dc, 1 h.tr/ h.dc, 1 dc/sc; rep from *, 5 times. Work sl.st in first dc/sc.
Round 6: 2 ch, * 1 dc/sc in dc/sc of round 4. Work this stitch in next way: insert the hook from back to front between two tr/dc in dc/sc of round 4 and work 1dc/sc as usual.
6 ch; rep from *, 5 times. Work sl.st in dc/sc.
Round 7: 1 ch, work in each space of 6 ch: 1 dc/sc, 1 h.tr/ h.dc, 3 tr/dc, 2 ch, 3 tr/dc, 1 h.tr/ h.dc, 1 dc/sc. Work sl.st in first dc/sc.
