Fingering weight yarn, and crochet hook size 2.5 - 2.75 mm / C.
You may use any yarn of your choice, and a suitable hook.

Row 1: Make 5ch, * 1tr/dc in last ch, 2ch; rep from * one time more, 1tr/dc in last ch, turn.
Row 2: Make 5ch, * 1dc/sc in space of 2ch, 3ch; rep from* one more time, 1dc/sc in space of 5ch, 2ch, 1tr/dc in third ch, turn.
Row 3: Make 4ch, * 1dc/sc in space of 3ch, 3ch; rep from * one more time, 1dc/sc in space of 5ch, turn.
Row 4: Make 5ch, * 1dc/sc in space of 3ch, 3ch; rep from * one more time, 1dc/sc in space of 4ch, 2ch, 1tr/dc in first ch, turn.
Repeat rows 3 & 4 – four times, then work row 3 one more time.
Row 14: Make 3ch, work 1 incomplete tr/dc in each space of 3ch and in first ch of row below, yarn over and draw yarn through all loops on hook.
Row 15: Make 1ch and work 3dc/sc over each tr/dc (7 times), 3dc/sc in space of 5 ch (of first row), 1dc/sc in first ch (of first row), 3dc/sc over tr/dc, 3dc/sc in each space of 3ch (7 times), 1dc/sc in top, slt in first ch, fasten off.
Small ring & Crochet Bullion Knot
For ring make 3ch, work 16 htr/hdc in last ch, slt in third ch and fasten off.
For Bullion Knot make 1ch,
draw loop about 5 – 7 cm,
rotate your hook 10 times in anticlockwise direction.
Pull thread and form a knot.
Make 1ch
Fasten off.
Sew all parts together.
Left Upper wing
Row 1: Make 4ch, work 12pff in last ch, slt in third ch.
Row 2: Make 1ch, work 2dc/sc in top of each pff, slt in ch, turn.
Row 3: Work stitches in back loops only. Make 1ch, 1dc/sc in each of next 7dc/sc, 3dc/sc in next dc/sc, 1dc/sc each of next 7dc/sc, turn.
Row 4: Work stitches in back loops only. Make 1ch, 1dc/sc in each of next 8dc/sc, 3dc/sc in next dc/sc, 1dc/sc each of next 5dc/sc, turn.
Row 5: Work stitches in back loops only. Make 1ch, 1dc/sc in each of next 6dc/sc, 3dc/sc in next dc/sc, 1dc/sc each of next 6dc/sc, turn.
Row 6: Work stitches in back loops only. Make 1ch, 1dc/sc in each of next 7dc/sc, 3dc/sc in next dc/sc, 1dc/sc each of next 4dc/sc, turn.
Row 7: Work stitches in back loops only. Make 1ch, 1dc/sc in each of next 5dc/sc, 3dc/sc in next dc/sc, 1dc/sc each of next 5dc/sc, turn.

Making small ring:
Make 2ch, 8dc/sc in last ch, make joining to puff stitch ring:
release hook from loop, insert it into st of puff stitch ring, then insert hook again in loop of small ring. Pull loop through st, then work 1 ch.
Make 1dc/sc in same last ch, slt in first ch, fasten off.
Row 14: Continue work: make 1ch, 1dc/sc in back loop of each of next 3dc/sc, 3dc/sc in back loop of next dc/sc,

Ring #2
Make 2ch, 5dc/sc in last ch, make joining to ch of fist ring, 4dc/sc in same last ch, slt in first ch, fasten off.
Ring #3, #4 & #5
Follow instructions of ring #2. Join ring #3 to ring #2, ring #4 to ring #3, ring #5 to ring #4.
Upper part
Make 12ch, skip 2ch, work 2htr/hdc in next ch, work 1htr/hdc in each of next 8ch, 2htr/hdc in last ch, make joining to ring #5, 2htr/hdc in last ch, work on opposite side, 1htr/hdc in each of next 8ch, 2htr/hdc in next ch, sl.st in second ch. Turn.
Row 1: Work stitches in back loops only. Make 1ch, 1dc/sc in each of next 11htr/hdc below, work 1dc/sc in each of 4dc/sc of ring #5, #4, #3, #2 & #1.
