How to download Mypicot patterns?
The MyPicot patterns are free and do not require any site registration. All patterns and diagrams are presented as PDF documents and require Adobe Acrobat Reader™ to view.

Almost all crochet patterns of MyPicot are presented as diagrams and have not written instructions. If you have some problems with reading diagram look for our tutorials How to follow crochet a diagram. Please use this link to download pattern.

Instruction:

Techniques used in this stitch (British term / American term):

Chain stitch – ch

Double crochet / single crochet – dc / sc

Treble / Double crochet – tr / dc

Front Post tr / dc – FPtr/dc

Back Post tr / dc – BPtr/dc

3 half tr/dc puff stitch – pff: yarn over, insert hook into ch, yarn over, draw yarn through stitch. Repeat preceding step 2 times. Yarn over and draw through first 6 loops on hook. Yarn over and draw through all loops on hook.

Back Post double crochet / single crochet – BPdc/sc

4FPtr/dc decrease – dec

Post stitch – Pst

Stitch – st



Foundation Chain: Multiples of 21 + 3

Row 1: skip 3ch, * 1tr/dc in each of next 3ch, 3ch, skip 6ch, 5tr/dc in next ch, 3ch, skip 1ch, 5tr/dc in next ch, 3ch, skip 6ch, 1tr/dc in each of next 3ch; rep from*, make 1tr/dc in last ch, turn.

Row 2: make 3ch, * work 1tr/dc in each of next 3tr/dc below, 3ch, 1BPtr/dc over each of next 5tr/dc (of shell) below, 3ch, make 3pff in second ch below, 3ch, 1BPtr/dc over each of next 5tr/dc, 3ch, 1tr/dc in each of next 3 tr/dc below; rep from*, 1tr/dc in third ch, turn.

Row 3: make 3ch, * work 1tr/dc in each of next 3tr/dc below, 1ch, make dec over 5Pst below: make 1 incomplete FPtr/dc over each of next 5Pst below, yarn over and draw through all loops on hook.

Make 3ch, 5tr/dc in first pff below, 3ch, 5tr/dc in third pff below, 3ch, make dec over 5Pst, 1ch, work 1tr/dc in each of next 3tr/dc below; rep from *, 1tr/dc in third ch, turn.

Repeat rows 2 – 3 until you have reached your desired length.

Last row (2nd): make 3ch, * work 1tr/dc in each of next 3tr/dc below, 3ch, 1BPdc/sc over each of next 5tr/dc below, 1ch, make 1dc/sc in space of 3ch, 1ch, 1BPdc/sc over each of next 5tr/dc, 3ch, 1tr/dc in each of next 3 tr/dc below; rep from*, 1tr/dc in third ch, turn.

Last row (3rd): make 3ch, * work 1tr/dc in each of next 3tr/dc below, 3ch, 1dc/sc in each of next 5Pst below, 1ch, make 1dc/sc in dc/sc, 1ch, 1dc/sc in each of next 5Pst below, 3ch, 1tr/dc in each of next 3tr/dc below; rep from*, 1tr/dc in third ch.
