Row 3: Make 1ch, work 1dc/sc in each of next tr/dc and dec sts, 1dc/sc in third ch, turn.

Row 4: Make 1ch, * 1dc/sc in each of next 3dc/sc below, make a flower.

Flower: work 13 ch (foundation ch) and slt in fourth ch from hook.
