Materials
Fingering weight yarn, and crochet hook size 2.5 - 2.75 mm / C.
You may use any yarn of your choice, and a suitable hook.
Techniques used in this stitch

1 tr/dc decrease – 1dec: work 1 incomplete tr/dc over each of next 2st, yarn over and draw through all loops on hook.

Row 4: Make 1ch, * 1dc/sc in each of next 3dc/sc below, make a flower.
Flower: work 13 ch (foundation ch) and slt in fourth ch from hook.
Round 1: work 4ch, [1dc/sc in ring of 4ch, 3ch] – make 5 times, slt in first ch.
Round 2: work 1dc/sc + 3tr/dc + 1dc/sc in each space of 3 (4) ch.
Round 3: 1ch, make 1BPdc/sc over first ch of Round 1, [ 3ch, 1BPdc/sc over next dc/sc of Round 1 ] - make 5 times, 3ch, slt in first ch.
Round 4: work 1dc/sc + 5tr/dc + 1dc/sc in each of next 3 spaces of 3ch.
Work 1dc/sc + 3tr/dc in next space of 3ch, skip 16dc/sc and work 1dc/sc from back to front in seventeenth dc/sc. Make 2tr/dc + 1dc/sc in same space of 3ch.
Work 1dc/sc + 3tr/dc in next space of 3ch, skip 6dc/sc from last dc/sc join and work from back to front 1dc/sc in seventh dc/sc. Make 2tr/dc + 1dc/sc in same space of 3ch.
Repeat the preceding step one more time.
Work 1slt in first dc/sc and in each of next 3tr/dc of next petal. ----
Make 1slt in third foundation ch,
[ 6ch, 1dc/sc in top of next petal ] – make 2 times. Work 2ch, skip 2st from first dc/sc join and work 1dc/sc in each of next 2dc/sc below; rep from *.
Work 1dc/sc in last st, turn.
Row 5: Make 1ch, * 1dc/sc in each of next 3dc/sc below, 2dc/sc in space of 2ch, 1dc/sc in dc/sc, 6dc/sc in next space of 6ch, 1dc/sc in next dc/sc, 6dc/sc in next space of 6ch, make 1dc/sc in slt over last petal (see image),

Row 6: Make 3ch and skip first st, * 1tr/dc in next st, [ 1dec over next 2dc/sc ] – make 3 times, 2tr/dc in each of next 3 dc/sc, 1tr/dc in each of next 3dc/sc, 2tr/dc in each of next 3dc/sc, [ 1dec over next 2dc/sc ] – make 3 times, 1tr/dc in each of next 2dc/sc below; rep from *, turn.
Row 7: Make 1ch, work 1dc/sc in each of next tr/dc and dec st, 1dc/sc in third ch, turn.
Row 8: Make First flower of the row: work 11ch (foundation ch) and slt in fourth ch from hook.
Repeat instructions for Rounds 1, 2 & 3 (as set by Row 4).
Round 4: work 1dc/sc + 5tr/dc + 1dc/sc in each of next 2 spaces of 3ch.
Work 1dc/sc + 3tr/dc in next space of 3ch, skip 7dc/sc and work 1dc/sc from back to front in eighth dc/sc. Make 2tr/dc + 1dc/sc in same space of 3ch.
Work 1dc/sc + 3tr/dc in next space of 3ch, work 1dc/sc from back to front in last dc/sc. Make 2tr/dc + 1dc/sc in same space of 3ch.
Work 1dc/sc + 5tr/dc + 1dc/sc in each of next 2 spaces of 3ch.
Work 1slt in first dc/sc and in each of next 3tr/dc of next petal.
Make 7ch, 1dc/sc in top of next petal, 2ch, skip 2st from first dc/sc join and work 1dc/sc in each of next 5dc/sc below.
* Make a flower (as set by Row 4). Make 1slt in third foundation ch, [ 6ch, 1dc/sc in top of next petal ] – make 2 times. Work 2ch, skip 2st from first dc/sc join and work 1dc/sc in each of next 5dc/sc below; rep from *.
Make Last flower of the row: work 13ch (foundation ch) and slt in fourth ch from hook.
Repeat instructions for Rounds 1, 2 & 3 (as set by Row 4).
Round 4: work 1dc/sc + 5tr/dc + 1dc/sc in each of next 4 spaces of 3ch.
Work 1dc/sc + 3tr/dc in next space of 3ch, work 1dc/sc from back to front in last dc/sc below. Make 2tr/dc + 1dc/sc in same space of 3ch.
Work 1dc/sc + 3tr/dc in next space of 3ch, skip 6st from last dc/sc join and work 1dc/sc from back to front in next st. Make 2tr/dc + 1dc/sc in same space of 3ch.
Work 1slt in first dc/sc and in each of next 3tr/dc of next petal.
Make 1slt in third foundation ch, 6ch, 1dc/sc in top of next petal, turn.
